Lena Ripley (Chartered Accountant)
Director
Lena’s approach with clients is friendly, approachable and non-judgemental. She brings a practical mindset, a steady presence and an ability to simplify complex matters. Clients value her ability to explain financial and compliance matters in plain language and to work in a collaborative way for the best results.
Lena’s work includes general accounting, advisory services and valuations. She aims to help clients move forward with confidence, breaking their tax obligations down into small, manageable steps.
Because Lena worked in industry while she was studying, she has strong practical experience on top of her formal qualifications. She has a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations of businesses, as well as empathy for people balancing many pressures on their time and energy. She’s found that camping with her family in their 1981 retro Oxford caravan is a great way to keep her own work/life balance, to regain perspective and return to work refreshed.
Lena’s work in financial literacy focuses on helping people engage with their finances in clear, accessible ways. This commitment also shapes her wider community involvement, including her role on the Board of Trustees at Taradale High School and her active participation in women’s business networks and not-for-profit organisations.
